Do you offer Custom and Personalized jewelry?
• We will gladly customize any piece of jewelry for you.
• Once we have spoken and accepted your order, a half payment is required as a non-refundable deposit.
• After completing your order, we will email you with a request to pay the second half of the payment. Then we’ll dispatch you your ordered item.

Do you take wholesale diamond jewelry orders?

• Yes, we gladly welcome bulk orders and offer big discounts on bulk buying. So, order more and pay less.

I found a piece of jewelry I really like, but I would like to change the color of the stone. Can you do that?

• Some of our jewelry styles are available in multiple colors. Contact us to find out if the item you like comes in different gemstone colors.

I found a piece of jewelry I really like, but I want a different metal type. Can you do that?

• Yes, our jewelry styles are available in multiple metal types. If you do not see the metal type you are looking for, contact us.

Can I return Beubella.com purchases?

• Yes, we offer free returns! If you’re not completely satisfied with your Beubella jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by any jeweler outside of Beubella. To confirm if your purchase is eligible for return or exchange, please contact us.

Does Beubella.com ship internationally?
Beubella ships outside of the U.S. and international customers are responsible for all duties and fees in their country.

Can you engrave my ring?
Yes, we’d be happy to personalize your ring with an inscription for FREE.

Do you offer lab created diamonds?
Yes, we offer all sorts of stones including natural diamonds, lab created diamonds, moissanite and gemstones.

What is the difference between earth mined diamonds and lab created diamonds?
Lab-created diamonds and earth mined diamonds offer identical optical and chemical composition. The sparkle is the same – the core difference between them is their origin.

What if I need an item sooner than the date listed on the website?
We carefully craft each piece of jewelry at the time of order with proper care. While we are able expedite some orders, we highly encourage you to allow adequate time for your item to be completed and inspected by our Quality Check team.

When will I receive my refund?
Processing time for refunds is approximately 5 business days once the item is returned and received by us. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.
